Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order, which means we do not hold inventory and each item is custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@404humor.com with clear photos and your order number. We'll make it right by issuing a replacement or refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return.
